Does anyone know the name of this toy-small, plastic, electronic doll?

i had one in the mid 2000's, they were chunky little babies, they made noises and came with a bottle, the bottom of the package they came in was like a oval shaped crib, i think maybe their eyes blinked too, does anyone remember?|||Rocket Head
