with the advances in electronics i was wondering if science has found a way to send pictures to the brain through wires attached some how to the brain or through the eyes. just wondering if this could allow vision for the blind at least of pictures that are sent.|||There actually is a lot of research and advancement in this. They have developed computer chips small enough to be implanted into the eye/orbital socket and can translate light stimulation into electrical impulses.
Granted, its not advanced enough to cure blindness, but they are making progress.
