How does this occur in remote?

while we watch the electronic system's remote signal light (like an LED facing towards the front) through a camera (even a mobile camera will do) it glows whenever we give a operation on remote. but it is not visible by naked eye.

please check it and answer me

thanks in advance.|||The infrared is not visible to the human eye. But the device also emits some light that is within the visible spectrum. That's what you see.|||Yes this is infra-red rays that your camera sensor can SEE..

The fun part is , if you really see this then your camera is IR sensitive [which is not same for a lot of other cameras]..so you can start infrared photography...just do some search about it..its wonderful..

Above all..may I know what camera you are using.......I am eager to know at deeptam@in.com|||It's probably near infra-red, which is visible to cameras.
