Which is better for the eyes - the electronic or the paper books? In what position to read texts ?

Hi well my questions are : Which is the better thing for the eyes - to read an electronic text {computer} or a paper one {book and etc] ? Also in which positions can I read and in which its bad for the eyes? And on what light can I read? Is reading on electric - bulb light bad for the eyes e.g to read in the evening and night time?|||Electronic screens are much better for the eyes. Its just common sense. Since humans evolved with technology for dozens of years their eyes have become much more sensitive to the light reflected from paper surfaces while being able to take in the light from electronic devices.





Also the best position to read is upside down as the blood will rush to your head and thus to your eyes. The blood will serve as a lubricate allowing for your eyes to remain moisturized. So Remember, make sure when your browsing the web to be in an upside down position.
