What program can I use to record a voice that is electronic/auto tune like?

Me and my friends started a mini-band and we wanted to sound electronic kinda like Ke$ha, Cash Cash, All Night Dynamite, Black-Eyed Peas, sound type. I need all the help I can get. Thanks|||auto tune. That sounds the most Auto Tune like.
