Can your eyes recover from blurry vision?

I was just wondering. Because my daughter claims that a month of non-electronic usage has improved her vision, although I doubt that. I know the eye is complex and can adapt, but I just dont know for sure. Anyone clarify this for me?|||yes it can if you wear glasses all the time (or contacts) if you dont then your eyes can get worse
