Health for eyes - using electronic devices (computers/psp etc) under altered lighting or while in the dark?

is it bad for the eyes if i play psp or computer in the dark or while traveling (e.g. on the bus)|||The worst it can do is cause a bit of temporary strain, and make your eyes a bit sore.





Try and look up from the screen very often , even for just a few seconds to let your eyes refocus at a distance.|||It won't harm your eye health....just causes eye strain. The whole thing about using computers to much and watching tv in the dark is a myth. :)
