I want a type write just bewcause after a while the computer hurts my eyes and it annoys me... is there any electronic typewritters where you can store the information on or transfer the information to a computer later?|||Yes, there are or used to be. I had one at one job I had. It didn't have a lot of memory but could be set up to fill in forms. Most typewriters with memory only have a small memory for correcting a line of type or similar uses. There were typewriters that had a slot for a disc. This was before 3.5 inch floppies and I'm not sure what it was. I did find a typewriter that could store ascii files and transfer it to a computer.
From the second link below: Brother EM-630 Business Typewriter - Features an 80 Character LCD Display. 40 character by 2 line LCD display plus 32K storage memory lets you type, store, recall, edit and print. Standard 3.5" 720KB Floppy Disk Drive. Provides unlimited memory. Allows transfer of ASCII files to and from PC's. Letter Quality Daisy Wheel Printing.|||sure there is theres notepad and wordpad they both save information
