Does brushing my face with an electronic spin toothbrush do any harm to my face?

I know, it's weird to brush your face with an electronic toothbrush. But it cleans really well. I wet my face first and put some face cleansing soap on the toothbrush and spin it in circles around my cheeks/forehead. However, I do not go near my eye area.|||no but if it starts to irritate your skin stop.|||well the brush could be too rough for your skin.|||different strokes kiddo, do you up and down or side to side?
